1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SonicCRM or interacting with an agent who uses SonicCRM (including booking appointments or providing your contact information), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
SonicCRM is a customer relationship management platform for licensed insurance agents. It enables agents to manage client relationships, schedule appointments, send communications, and track their pipeline. Clients interact with SonicCRM primarily through agent booking pages and SMS/email communications.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to an agent using SonicCRM, you consent to receive SMS text messages including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and follow-up messages from that agent.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your agent.
- To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive.
- To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@getsoniccrm.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Appointments & Booking
When you book an appointment through a SonicCRM agent booking page:
- You agree to receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with appointment details.
- You may receive reminder messages prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the agent's individual policies.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
6. Limitation of Liability
SonicCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. SonicCRM is a tool used by independent insurance agents and is not itself a licensed insurance provider or financial advisor.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
