Is there a free trial?
Yes. All SonicCRM plans include a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup so you don't need to re-enter it after the trial, but you won't be charged until day 31. Cancel any time before then.
Can I change plans during my trial?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time during your trial. Changes take effect immediately.
Does the plan price include my phone number?
Yes. Every SonicCRM plan includes a dedicated local phone number for SMS and voice calls at no extra cost. There is a small per-minute and per-message charge for usage above the included monthly credits.
Is the power dialer included or extra?
The 3-line power dialer (SonicDial) is included in every SonicCRM plan at no extra charge. If you want to use SonicDial with a different CRM, standalone plans start separately at $69/agent/month.
What is the difference between the Starter and Pro plan?
Starter supports 1 agent seat with 1-line power dialing. Pro supports up to 3 agents with 2-line dialing, priority support, and advanced automation features. Agency supports up to 20 agents with 3-line dialing and full team management.
